    Chavely is awesome , I called for a last minute policy fix 2 times in a row for some mistakes I made , she was quick and I got my new car 30 minutes later today ... so yes , I'm happy with the service

    I tried to get my insurance transferred over for a month between the online tool and contacting the office. The state farm central office was extremely slow in making this happen, but I do not believe this is a reflection upon this office. The staff here was very friendly but needed me to resend the paperwork. However, after so much back and forth I decided to look around and found a cheaper, more responsive agency.
